Non-Disclosure
The client acknowledges that the courses and contents are creatively designed and curated by Soul Miracles LLP and constitutes confidential information having commercial value.
The activities conducted in business and during the courses are trade secrets and the client undertake not to disclose them to anyone.
The client commits to not disclose to anyone/and refrain from copying, using & sharing content, creating courses and content that mimic or are similar to those developed by Soul Miracles LLP or Dr. Manmeet Kumar.
The client acknowledges that all such contents developed and presented by Soul Miracles LLP in sessions, workshops, courses, websites, and social media and through any other medium is the exclusive property of the company and any disclosure by client would attract penal consequences as per the laws of India.
The client agrees that any disclosure/violation or non-compliance with the above-stated undertaking-cum-disclaimer, terms, and conditions may result in legal actions by Soul Miracles LLP and Dr. Manmeet Kumar against the client and their organization.
That in case of disputes arising from these presents, the parties agree that such disputes shall be settled as per the prevailing Laws of India and sole jurisdiction for such cases shall be before the Courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.
Soul Miracles LLP may modify this policy or act in any other legal or reasonable manner as each case may demand, with a clear focus on enforcing discipline in a fair, lawful & compliant manner.
In the event of doubts regarding this disclaimer or its terms and conditions, I agree to seek clarification from DR. MANMEET KUMAR, CEO, SOUL MIRACLES LLP.
