The client acknowledges full responsibility for their physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after the sessions provided by Soul Miracles LLP. The client further acknowledges that the services offered are not a substitute for professional advice in psychological, legal, medical, or other fields. The client agrees not to hold Soul Miracles LLP, Dr. Manmeet Kumar, or any of their directors or employees liable for any consequences related to their life, body, job, relationships, or any foreseen or unforeseen circumstances.

 

 

a. Non-Solicitation:

The client agrees not to directly or indirectly contact, pursue, or exert influence upon any potential leads or clients and employees associated with Soul Miracles LLP or use any confidential information which they may have acquired due to their association with the employer Dr. Manmeet Kumar.

 

b. Promotion & Association:

The client commits to refraining from personal promotion, business promotion, endorsement of their services on any platforms associated with Dr. Manmeet Kumar and Soul Miracles LLP. The client further commits to refrain from selfadvertising their association with Soul Miracles LLP. Or Dr. Manmeet Kumar for the purpose of solicitation of Soul Miracles’ clients.

 

c. No Business from Soul Miracles Clients/Leads:

The client undertakes to decline any engagements initiated by clients, potential leads, or individuals affiliated with Dr. Manmeet Kumar/Soul Miracles LLP.

 

d. No Liability:

The client expressly waives any claims against Soul Miracles LLP and/or Dr. Manmeet Kumar for events impacting their life, body, jobs, businesses, relationships, or any circumstances arising from this Agreement.

 

e. Communication

The client acknowledges that their business decisions impacting Soul Miracles LLP shall be discussed with Dr. Manmeet Kumar before implementation.
