Cancellations and Refunds Policy

 

 

 

 

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY – (PRODUCTS)

 

 

Soul Miracles shall replace/exchange the products only if the product received is damaged during shipping. The products shall not be replaced or exchanged for any other reasons. If the customer is desirous of getting his product exchanged, he shall contact us at mail@manmeetkumar.com and message us on 98116 26045 within 24hours of receiving the product and we will also respond in 24 working hours.

 

 

Soul Miracles LLP shall entertain the requests for exchange only if the same has been raised within 24 hours from the date of delivery of the product and in case it has been found damaged. Please make a video while opening your package us and email the video at mail@manmeetkumar.com and watsapp on 98116 26045 within 24hours of receiving the product to claim any damage or missing article.

 

 

We will send the exchanged product within 2 weeks of the request has been raised by the customer.

1. Min Delivery Time – 14 days (Within India)
2. Max Delivery Time – 25 days (Within India)

 

 

At the time of making a request for exchange, the customer shall share a receipt or proof of purchase along with the image of the product (in case of broken product received). Only the particular product with broken product shall be exchanged and not the entire lot. There is no Refund of the Product that you have been purchased, only exchange is available. We will create an exchange of same product that has got damaged and in case the same product is not available with us, we shall give you an option of adjusting it against any of our other products of same value or for a short meditation of the same value.

 

 

Crystals once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged if Not Broken or damaged as they are energised and reprogrammed by Dr. Manmit Kumarr. If there are any breakages observed after you wear them, there is no return, exchange or refund.

 

 

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY (SERVICES)

 

In case you are not able to join the session, do not worry. Let us know 24 hours before your session date and we will be happy to adjust this to a mutually agreeable date within 45 days of the original date (after which it expires). This goes for us as well, in case of an emergency if we cannot hold a session, we will keep you posted 24 hours in advance. This information must be sent in writing to manmeetkumar@gmail.com and messages on 9811626045.

 

 

Refund

There is no refund or transfer policy.

 

 

Full Payment

Full payment must be made before the workshop.

 

 

Credit Card/Paypal

4% credit card charges/7% Paypal charges will be borne by the client.

 

 

Recordings

Workshop recordings are not provided, since these are live workshops.

 

 

Soul Miracles LLP may modify this policy or act in any other legal or reasonable manner as each case may demand, with a clear focus on enforcing discipline in a fair, lawful & compliant manner.
