Shipping Policy
Rudraksha Orders :
All our Rudraksha products are energized before dispatch. From the day we receive the full payment, or the payment has to be made in full before we ship the order. These rudrakshas can be used immediately as they reach you. We do ship out to other countries too. If you receive a faulty rudraksha we will replace the same upon receiving the video. If there are any extra taxes are imposed on delivery by your country will be borne by the customer only not soul miracles.
- Min Delivery Time – 15 days (Within India) / 25 days (Outside India)
- Max Delivery Time – 25 days (Within India) / 30 days (Outside India)
Crystal Product :
Delivery will take approx. 1 weeks time after the order has been placed. If you receive a broken crystal product, we will replace the same upon receiving the video. These are energized crystals and are ready to use. From the day we receive the full payment, payment has to be made in full before we ship the order, delivery will take 7-10 days within India. We don’t ship the crystal products outside India.
- Min Delivery Time – 5 days (Within NCR) / 10 days (Within Rest of India)
- Max Delivery Time – 7 days (Within NCR) / 15 days (Within Rest of India)
Bach Flower Remedies :
Delivery will take 1 weeks time after the order has been placed. If you receive a broken bottle or leaked product we will replace the same upon receiving the video. These are ready to use. From the day we receive the full payment, payment has to be made in full before we ship the order, delivery will take 7-10 days within India, as they are shipped by road. We don’t ship the crystal products outside India.

Dispatch Schedule :
Orders are dispatched every Monday and Thursday and typically take around one
weeks time for delivery, depending on location. During festivals, delivery time may extend to 15-20 days.
Damaged or Defective Products :
If you receive a broken or defective product, please record a video or take pictures while unpacking and notify us within 2 hours of delivery for a refund or replacement.
Tracking Information :
We will share the Proof of Dispatch (POD) and tracking details once your order is
shipped.
