1. UNDERTAKING BY THE CLIENT

1.1. The Client acknowledges and agrees that he/she is solely responsible for their own physical, mental, emotional, psychological and financial well-being, both during and after any session, consultation, workshop, course, programme, service or activity provided by Soul Miracles LLP, Dr. Manmeet Kumar, its directors, employees, representatives, practitioners, coaches or affiliates (“Service”).

1.2. The Client understands that any information, guidance, insights, suggestions, practices or advice provided as part of the Service is intended solely for personal guidance, spiritual development and informational purposes and is not intended to replace or substitute any medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other professional advice or services.

1.3. The Service does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or psychological condition and does not replace any medical or psychological treatment that the Client is currently undergoing or may choose to undergo in the future. The Client remains solely responsible for consulting an appropriately qualified professional wherever required.

1.4. The Client is responsible for all choices, actions, decisions and consequences arising before, during or after participation in any Service. The Client acknowledges that any decision made based on information or guidance received through the Service is made at their own discretion and responsibility.

1.5. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Client agrees that Soul Miracles LLP, Dr. Manmeet Kumar, its directors, employees, representatives, practitioners, coaches and affiliates shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, consequence, decision or circumstance arising directly or indirectly from the Client’s participation in or reliance upon any Service, including matters relating to the Client’s health, body, employment, business, finances, relationships, personal circumstances or any other aspect of life, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.

2. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & REFUND POLICY

2.1. Session Cancellation and Rescheduling

a. If a Client is unable to attend a scheduled session, the Client must notify Soul Miracles at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session date.

b. Subject to availability and approval, the session may be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable date.

c. Any approved rescheduling must be availed within six (6) months from the originally scheduled session date, after which the rescheduling option shall expire.

d. Rescheduling is subject to the availability of the concerned practitioner, coach or professional and does not guarantee a specific date or time.

e. In the event Soul Miracles is unable to conduct a scheduled session due to an emergency or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the Client will be informed as soon as reasonably practicable, preferably 24 hours in advance wherever possible, and an alternative date may be offered.

2.2. Workshop Cancellation and Registration Policy

a. No Workshop Rollovers:
Workshop registrations shall not ordinarily be rolled over to any future batch, workshop or programme.

b. No Refund:
Once a participant has registered and payment has been made for a workshop, the workshop fee shall be non-refundable, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

c. No Transfer:
Workshop registrations are personal to the registered participant and cannot be transferred to another individual, batch, workshop or programme.

d. Repeat Participation:
If a participant wishes to attend the same workshop again, repeat participation shall be subject to availability and a repeat participation fee of ₹5,000 per day, unless otherwise specified by Soul Miracles.

e. Exceptional Rollover:
In exceptional circumstances, Soul Miracles LLP may, at its sole discretion, approve a rollover to another batch. Such approval is not an entitlement and shall be subject to a rollover fee of ₹20,000, unless otherwise decided by management.

f. Any rollover, rescheduling, adjustment or exception approved by Soul Miracles shall be subject to the terms, conditions, availability and timelines communicated by the management.

3. SESSION RECORDINGS

3.1. Session recordings may be provided in certain cases at the sole discretion of Soul Miracles LLP. A recording is not an automatic or guaranteed component of every session or service.

3.2. Clients are advised to confirm with the Soul Miracles team whether a recording is available for their particular session.

3.3. Where a recording is provided, the Client is advised to download and securely save the recording within 24 hours of receiving it.

3.4. Soul Miracles LLP shall not be responsible for any technical malfunction, interruption, corruption, loss, failure, incomplete recording or other technical issue affecting a session recording.

3.5. The availability of a recording does not constitute a contractual guarantee that a recording will be provided for future sessions or services.

4. WORKSHOP RECORDINGS

4.1. Workshop recordings are provided only for such workshops as may be specifically determined by the management of Soul Miracles LLP. Recordings are not a mandatory or guaranteed component of every workshop.

4.2. Participants enrolling in a workshop as repeat participants shall not be provided access to workshop recordings by Soul Miracles LLP, including workshops where recordings are otherwise provided to participants.

4.3. This policy applies to all applicable workshops, including, by way of example, the Das Mahavidya Workshop, Automatic Writing Workshop and any other workshop where recordings may ordinarily be made available.

4.4. If a repeat participant wishes to receive access to the workshop recordings, they will be required to pay the full applicable workshop fee for that workshop, subject to the recording being available.

4.5. By enrolling as a repeat participant, the participant acknowledges and agrees to this recording policy. The policy shall be communicated at the time of registration to ensure transparency and avoid any misunderstanding at a later stage.

5. MANAGEMENT DISCRETION

5.1. Soul Miracles LLP reserves the right to modify, amend, interpret or apply these Terms & Conditions as may be reasonably required based on the circumstances of an individual case, subject to applicable law.

5.2. Any exception, concession, adjustment, rollover, rescheduling or other deviation from these Terms & Conditions shall be valid only if expressly approved by the management of Soul Miracles LLP.

5.3. Granting an exception in one case shall not create a precedent, obligation or entitlement for any other Client or participant.

6. CLARIFICATION AND COMMUNICATION

6.1. In case of any question, concern or requirement for clarification regarding these Terms & Conditions, the Client is requested to contact Soul Miracles LLP through its official communication channels before relying upon or interpreting any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

6.3. Communications sent through unofficial channels, third parties or unauthorised representatives shall not be considered binding upon Soul Miracles LLP.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

7.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

7.2. Subject to applicable law, any dispute, claim or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Haryana, India.

7.3. By making payment, registering for or participating in any Service provided by Soul Miracles LLP, the Client confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
